Beat the Blues.
Beat the Blues is a campaign aiming to brighten up January, which for many people can feel like the most depressing month of the year. You can support your own and others’ mental wellbeing, while raising awareness and funds for Touch storytelling events.
From October this year until the end of January 2023 you will be able to browse and buy some great products from select independent businesses in Southampton, through our online catalogue.
Just click through to the seller’s site and place an advance order with the note ‘BEAT THE BLUES’. Sellers deliver through the post during January, and Touch gets a donation for every purchase you make!
Instead of giving Christmas gifts to family or friends, why not give the promise of a pick-me-up arriving right when they need it most? You can download and print a gift certificate to let your loved one know a gift is on its way!
Free downloadable magazine.
This little book of suggestions and ideas is designed to help to Beat the Blues.
It comes from our experience of hearing amazing people’s stories of how they got through tough times.
Community socials.
Throughout January 2023 we will be running some special social events to help us all get out from under the duvet and brighten our January experience through a sense of fun and community. Click the links to book and join us!
